An award-winning lawyer, Phil Pettis is a partner at the Boynton Waldron law firm. Among his specialties, Phil Pettis assists clients in the areas of business law and employment law. An active member of the Portsmouth, New Hampshire community, he played an integral role in saving the steeple of the historic North Church, and for his efforts he was named the 2007 Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year. Among his other distinctions, he received the 2008 Portsmouth Rotary Paul Harris Fellow award and the honor of handling suspended lawyers cases as an appointee of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
To better serve his clients, Phil Pettis maintains membership to multiple industry organizations. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association IOLTA Grants Committee, and he formerly served as the Rockingham County representative to the New Hampshire Bar Association. Among his philanthropic activities, Mr. Pettis holds the titles of vice president of the Clipper Foundation, president of the Market Square Steeple Fund, and chair of the North Church Finance Committee.
